This position is responsible overseeing the flow of collateral documentation from closing to the sale to the secondary market. The position is responsible to provide the current collateral status for Capital Markets to begin the loan allocation process. This job will also partner with Capital Markets on the coordination of the final certification of pools. This role will coordinate the day to day relationship with the Custodian to maintain the flow of collateral and meet all Warehouse Bank, Agency and Investor requirements. The role provides oversight to our vendors as they complete the collateral management tasks in processing documentation needed in the collateral file locates at the custodian. This is a high volume, fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
Will be responsible to coordinate workflows, daily priorities and instructions on handling of all collateral documentation including document reconciliation for Clients, Vendors, Attorney’s and Title Companies.
