Position summary: The Maintenance Sales Representative I will meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives assigned by the management team through aggressively developing new sales opportunities within the NC (Raleigh-Durham) Market.

Position responsibilities:

• Learn our industry and vertical markets through hands-on training.
• Follow a proven sales process for new account development that begins with a marketing plan, building a client list and setting your own appointments.
• Conduct business to business meetings with new clients to qualify and identify their needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales plan in PM and Full Coverage agreements.
• Provide service driven solutions to new clients.
• Maintain and report activities in detail using a CRM platform.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ business to business sales experience required.
• Ability to deliver presentations, using Microsoft PowerPoint, to executive and upper level management decision makers.
• Attention to detail; perceptual speed; information ordering.
• Work independently with time management, organizational skills.

The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. This position requires the employee to stand up to 95% of the shift. § Work conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. This includes heat/cold and humidity. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
