One West Group at eXp Commercial seeks a motivated individual to join its expanding group as a Commercial Associate Broker. This presents an opportunity for adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic and ambition to thrive in a sales role within an environment that fosters collaboration. Working alongside senior brokers, the Associate will gain valuable experience in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in Multifamily & Retail Investment Sales, with the potential for unlimited earnings and growth. The position offers flexibility to work from our Glendale office or in a hybrid capacity. One West Group also provides the unique advantage of facilitating interstate transactions, giving advisors the opportunity to scale their business nationwide.
Position Responsibilities
Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calling and a variety of lead generation tools.
Conduct market research to identify, analyze, and connect with potential clients in targeted sectors.
Work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to develop customized proposals for prospects.
Attend client meetings and deliver presentations to communicate value and close deals.
Manage the listing and marketing of Multifamily & retail investment properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
What We're Looking For
~1–2 years of experience in investment sales or related real estate transactions.
~ Must hold an active Salesperson/Broker license or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of onboarding.
~ A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
~ Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
~ Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to go above and beyond expectations.
~ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and research capabilities.
~ Clear and confident communicator with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients.
~ Committed to hard work, professionalism, and achieving success.
This is a commission-based opportunity under a 1099 independent contractor structure. Unlimited earning potential based on your results and commitment.
