Main Job Duties:
- Evaluate internal pay equity and ensure compensation practices align
- Conduct and interpert market compensation surveys and analysis
- Support job evaluation and job analysis
- Prepare and present compensation data reports
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience of Compensation experience
- CCP certification preferred
