- Machine aerospace-grade castings & forgings (aluminum to high-nickel alloys)
- Set up and validate CNC programs on vertical & horizontal lathes
- Inspect key features directly at the machine using precision measuring tools
- Collaborate with engineering & programming to optimize fixtures and machining processes
- Apply expert-level geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading
🛠 What You Bring:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
- Expert setup, troubleshooting, and inspection skills
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
