Concrete Construction Operations Manager – Fort Myers, FL

Are you a proven leader in concrete construction ready to take the reins of high-impact projects? One of Florida’s most respected concrete subcontractors is hiring an Operations Manager to lead their Southwest Florida office.

What You’ll Lead:

• Full operational oversight of commercial concrete projects
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and execution
• Safety-first culture and high-performance teams
• Client relationships and business growth
• Profit accountability and operational excellence

What You’ll Receive:

• $225K–$290K base + executive-level bonus program
• Vehicle allowance + fuel card

• 25 days PTO to start (including 10 federal holidays)

What You Bring:

• 20+ years in commercial concrete construction
• 8+ years in business management or executive-level roles
• OSHA 30 + First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
• Expertise in concrete forms, pumping, hoisting, and tower cranes
• High-rise or industrial concrete experience preferred
