We are currently looking for a Construction Coordinator for a 4 to 6 months Municipal Wastewater treatment plant project in the Sacramento area.
Onsite role.
Local candidates only (per diem is not offered).
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will act as a Company Site Rep to liaise between our client and the engineering company (with onsite construction managers and subcontractors).
- Will act in a Safety capacity, keeping logs and updating the Material Safety Data Sheet onsite, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) safety meeting documentation
- Document control/document management, submitting RFI’s to our client’s team, project sign in sheets
- Change order management
- Daily and/or weekly reports
- Two-week look ahead schedules
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction experience with municipal projects
- OSHA 300 Certification
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills
Hourly wage: $65-$75 based on experience.
