Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee site operations and ensure adherence to engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, and other engineering professionals.
Perform technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and prepare regular reports.
Solve engineering problems and make on-the-spot decisions during construction.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and environmental controls.
Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues in the field.
