Noted for our tight-knit culture and standard for quality and client satisfaction, we are seeking an up-and-coming project manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Work closely with field personnel to hit key project milestones
- Handle all project documentation, submittals, and RFIs
- Perform project scheduling tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a construction PM
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Must have experience leading retail and office projects as a PM
