Job Description
Strittmatter Companies is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects both in the office and on-site. This role is responsible for various aspects of project management, including project submittals, preparing scopes of work, drafting subcontract agreements, budget oversight, scheduling, vendor management, change order processing, and document control.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects with precision, accuracy, and speed
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality
- Develop and track project schedules with milestones, taking necessary actions to keep projects on track
- Prepare buy-outs and facilitate bringing subcontractors on board
- Prepare information packages for Foremen
- Communicate scope of work and contracts to subcontractors and Foremen
- Attend progress meetings with general contractors
- Negotiate effectively and represent the company in meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Submit requisitions in a timely manner
- Follow up on requisitions and assist with collections as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Site development/Earthwork experience is required
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Estimation experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting construction plans, contract specifications, scope of work, and geotechnical reports
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Heavy Job and/or M-Files software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
