C.E. Gleeson Constructors, Inc. is seeking to expand our team & bring on a talented site superintendent who excels in fast paced retail construction projects. This position is responsible for managing projects from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate is in or proximal to Queens/Cortlandt, NY however we will consider traveling superintendents nationwide, as we frequently do work across the whole nation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
• Manage and communicate instructions clearly to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Work in harmony with project managers, architects, and clients
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
