Based in Pennsylvania, we're a commercial GC that specializes in construction management, design-build and general contracting. Currently, we're looking for a Super to join our team and work on-site full-time.

We are 100% commercial
We service all nearby markets like Pittsburgh, Philladelphia, Baltimore, and the outskits of New York
Our projects range fom $500k-$2M
Report to our Project Manager and Director of Operations
Work on a team of 6-7 Supers
Launch directly from your home to job sites and come to the office as needed
Manage anywhere from 10-70 field employees + subcontractors
What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
Ability to interpret construction documents and related materials
Must have the ability to read blueprints, function independently, and supervise subcontractors.
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
Valid driver's license in good standing
