Position Description: HRUCKUS is looking for a Contracting Support Manager to provide expert-level guidance and administrative assistance for Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with DoD civilians, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, while supporting the full lifecycle of contracting activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with price/cost evaluation activities (excluding participation in negotiations).
• Oversee and execute contract close-out procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and report on data related to contracting and program activities.
• Provide clerical, administrative, and office support for contract operations.
• Conduct training sessions related to contract processes and activities.

Required Qualifications/ Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in contracting support, including 2 years in a DoD environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of DoD contracting principles, policies, and program management.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications/ Skills:

• Previous experience working on a military base, particularly Hanscom AFB.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of acquisition regulations and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively train and collaborate with DoD personnel.

• Target annual salary range: $80,000 to $90,000
