As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role as the front line of communication with our customers, building meaningful relationships and providing valuable insights into their wants and needs. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow, collaborate, and make a difference in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers through open and direct communication.
- Resolve customer account issues, service conflicts, and other customer service concerns with professionalism and integrity
- Learn and assist customers through the entire enrollment process, from start to finish.
- Collect and securely manage customer information, including contact details, insurance information and service details like address and scope of work.
- Track and report client interactions, customer questions, and completed jobs for ongoing improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., restaurant, hospitality, or customer service) is a bonus—but not required!
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build genuine connections with a wide variety of people.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts with ease.
