Insight Global is currently hiring multiple Customer Account Investigators for a large client in the downtown Richmond area. This position will start as a 6 month contract but will have the opportunity for extension based on performance! This role also requires working fully onsite Monday through Friday 8-5pm. The Customer Account Investigator will handle various tasks central to our department, such as processing return mail, managing charge-off procedures, and reaching out to both commercial and residential customers for collections. Additionally, this role includes clerical responsibilities like data entry and account adjustments to ensure precise charge-offs.
