LOCATION: Beaverton, OR
SALARY: $19.50 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Temporary, through end of year)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for identity theft victims
• Manage high volumes of incoming cases with professionalism and urgency
• Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, and general support
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all communications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and de-escalate difficult conversations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment and requires sitting for extended periods while using a computer and phone.
