Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customs brokerage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and stay organized
- Experience with CargoWise is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customs documentation for air and ocean shipments
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track shipment status; provide regular updates to clients
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with international customs regulations and company policies
- Manage shipments from start to finish while adhering to company policies and industry standards
