What you'll do:
Be a customer champion: Manage the customer experience and ensure their satisfaction.
Clear customs for all shipments: Process import security filings, assemble entry packets, and clear shipments for air, ocean, road, and rail.
Become an import/export whiz: Process entries electronically, classify goods, and ensure compliance with all government regulations.
Embrace technology: Utilize our internal systems and collaborate with US Customs to facilitate the import process.
Think ahead and solve problems: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely deliveries.
Become a team player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
