Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various university departments.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to present findings effectively.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to understand their data analysis needs and requirements.
- Create and present reports summarizing research findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy across various systems.
- Assist in developing data collection methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, or SAS).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL language.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage projects.
