Temp Data Entry Specialist

Location: Franklin, TN

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Our client, a global music company, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to join their Global Film & TV department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter copyright information for works into the company's database.
• Ensure all data is entered correctly and consistently.
• Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television.
• Identify and report any issues to management that require support or clarification.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical background with a focus on accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines quickly and accurately.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using an AS400 system.
• Prior experience in a copyright administration-related role within a music publishing company.
