Job Description

A small home appliance manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Analyst to support our Customer Service department during a busy period. With an increased backlog of customer orders needing updates in their system, we need someone who can dive in and help get caught up—fast.

MUST BE LOCAL

What You’ll Do:

• Update and manage customer orders within Business Central and SAP
• Run and export reports from Business Central to Excel for data analysis
• Perform data entry and ensure order accuracy
• Support payment processing using Gravity and Authorize.Net
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with Business Central , SAP , and ideally Gravity or Authorize.Net
• Detail-oriented with a knack for data accuracy and organization
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
