Position: Data Entry Specialist

Beach City Sports is a leading sports event management company based in Phoenix AZ. We specialize in organizing and managing various sporting events such as beach volleyball tournaments soccer leagues and running races. Our goal is to provide a fun and competitive environment for athletes of all levels to participate in and enjoy. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist.
Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data for our various sporting events. This is a fulltime permanent position based in our Phoenix office.
Salary: $22.87 $27.87 Per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain participant data for all sporting events using our database system
Verify and update participant information as needed
Coordinate with event directors and managers to ensure accurate data entry
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with event registration and participant checkin as needed
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and timely communication with participants
Maintain confidentiality and security of all participant data
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
12 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sports and event management is a plus
