Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust database solutions for MedTech applications.
- Develop and maintain database architecture /design standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database services.
- Optimize database performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with database management and optimization.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- [Optional] Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, or MongoDB Certified DBA.
- Experience in the MedTech industry or healthcare domain.
