Full-Time | $20 – $26/hour
A+ Family Dental is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our friendly and professional team! We are a well-established, patient-centered practice in Poway, CA , focused on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and positive environment.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation/Benefits:
- $20–$26/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Monthly performance bonus (based on meeting requirements)

Requirements:
- Valid DA or RDA license (California)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental assisting role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills with patients and team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of care
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
