Digital Marketing Specialist

- Play an integral role in helping to grow our subsidiary company, Red Box Dumpsters, with your marketing knowledge, experience, and creativity
- Create and post s ocial media content and engage with our audiences across various channels
- Assist with the design and execution of marketing campaigns
- Visit site locations weekly to collect and edit photos & videos for social media content
- Manage & update the company website
- Monitor post performance in Meta’s analytics dashboard and make adjustments to enhance campaigns
- Participate in marketing meetings and collaborate with the sales team regarding the types of photos and video content that are needed

For over 18 years, WM Commercial Roofing has been providing customized commercial roofing solutions for customers throughout Ohio, from installation and replacement to repairs and preventative maintenance. Our skilled team of roofers provides superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow our subsidiary company, Red Box Dumpsters, while also assisting with marketing tasks for WM Commercial Roofing.
Our Ideal Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Experienced: Must be over 18 with 2+ years of social media management, graphic design, photo & video editing, and content development experience.
- Computer Skills: Must have Canva experience; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Personable: Strong communication skills; enjoys collaborating and exchanging ideas and information with our sales team.
- Creative: Able to think outside the box and rise to the challenge of growing a new company.
- Driven & Open-Minded: Someone hungry for knowledge; a go-getter who wants to learn & grow professionally; ambitious & hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Active: Comfortable visiting job sites and climbing ladders to get photo and video content.
