Direct Marketing Manager
Hours: Estimated 40 hours per week
Dates: 12 month contract with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role
Location: Washington, DC 20004
Schedule: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Job Description:
- The Marketing Manager works to retain existing members through direct response and drive to web efforts.
- Strategizes, designs and executes tests to improve response.
- Evaluates performance trends and test results to identify new opportunities to improve performance.
- Partners closely within the team and with key business partners to ensure coordination and smooth execution of tests and campaigns.
- Tracks and assesses campaign results and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and to develop new procedures that support the business unit/department.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in direct response marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics is desired, as well as experience with campaign reporting tools such as BI and Tableau.
- Demonstrated expertise in direct response and drive to digital marketing strategies, particularly in campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
