A growing Memphis client is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and data governance in a highly regulated environment. This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role partnering with Commercial, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the enterprise reporting & analytics strategy
- Ensure audit-ready, compliant reporting (FDA, GxP, EMA)
- Lead BI dashboards, KPIs, and insights across the organization
- Champion data governance, quality, and master data
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Balance speed, automation, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in BI/analytics; 5+ years leading teams
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence
- Hands-on with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, data warehouses
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/Snowflake) a plus
