Job Description
Well respected nonprofit located in Cambridge, Ma looking for a Director of Finance. This role is a strategic finance role and reports directly to the CFO. Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week on site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting process
- Lead financial planning & analysis function which includes managing a 3 person finance team
- Provide strategic finance and financial recommendations to executive and leadership team
- Provide reporting and analysis for executive team
- Process improvement and create financial efficiencies
- Financial modeling, reporting, revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting for sizeable organization with complexities
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience in nonprofit preferred
- Experience managing and developing staff
