Role: Nurse Director

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

Join a thriving senior living community as the Nurse Director , where you'll lead clinical operations and ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Manager, Supervisor or Director passionate about whole-person wellness and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee resident assessments and individualized care planning
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless services
• Lead infection control and regulatory compliance
• Guide and mentor care staff; investigate incidents as needed
• Support wellness initiatives and participate in sales/community outreach

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Leadership experience in assisted living or similar care setting
• Skilled in clinical assessments, care planning, and team coordination
• CPR certified; knowledge of infection control and wellness coaching a plus
• Flexible schedule and valid driver’s license required
