Distribution Center Manager - $85,000 to $100,000
New role with a great client!
Our client is seeking a DC Manager to manager and lead their Bethlehem DC facility. This is a great opportunity for development as this facility is in a position to experience the most growth out of all their different DCs. This role will handle all employee functions (30 employees) and is responsible for over 11,000 SKUs.
Our client, first and foremost, is looking for a strong leader. They are seeking someone who has run a DC in the past, preferably for at least 2 years. At least 5 years of Supervisory experience is also required. This role is going to be very hands-on and analytical at the same time. Our client is looking for someone to be able to get into the weeds, but also drive growth using numbers. Solid Excel skills is a must. Experience using SAP and managing a P&L is a huge plus. Six Sigma Green / Black Belt would be great as well.
