We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and help us transform the way the Navy manages its supply chain. You'll play a critical role in analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing innovative solutions.
What you'll do:
Uncover the hidden potential: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design the future: Create process maps, requirements, and user stories to guide the development of new systems.
Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Drive change: Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate your findings and recommendations.
What you'll need:
At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
A bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with the Navy's Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS).
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Project management experience.
