We're a leading consultancy seeking a talented individual to join our team and support a critical project for the US Navy (NAVSUP).
Your Role:
Lead Requirements Gathering: Drive the process of collecting and defining requirements for a new enterprise system.
Analyze and Optimize: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various teams to ensure successful project execution.
Design and Document: Create detailed documentation, including business process maps, requirements, and user stories.
Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus.
What We're Looking For:
8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on business analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience working on DoD or federal programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with the Navy's supply chain or NAVSUP.
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and Microsoft Visio.
Experience with SAP.
