Job Title: Door Installer
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Door Installer on behalf of a local company. This is an evaluation to hire opportunity. You will begin employment through Express and may be hired directly by the company after the evaluation period. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of doors, frames, and hardware while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Install, maintain, and repair doors, frames, and related hardware
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Take precise measurements to ensure accurate installation
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines
Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in varied environments
Previous experience in door installation or related construction trade preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements
