Title: Lead Early Childhood Teacher

Location: Several locations in the Columbus, OH area

Salary: $21-23.28/hr (flexible based on experience and education

Must Haves:

Education: CDA in Infant and Toddlers; Minimum Associate's in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience: 1+ year of experience teaching children ages 0-5 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Familiarity with employment laws to ensure nondiscriminatory and legally compliant practices.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Nurturing Learning Environments: Cultivate enriching educational experiences tailored to children ages 0-3. You'll plan and execute activities that foster social, cognitive, physical, and emotional development, laying a strong foundation for their future growth.
Guidance and Support: Provide mentorship and direction to Teacher Assistants and volunteers, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Your expertise will empower them to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the Head Start Performance Standards.
Parent Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's educational journey. Through parent conferences and regular engagement, you'll actively involve parents in their child's development, addressing challenges and celebrating achievements.
