CharCharms is on the hunt for an eCommerce Manager who can sell with the best of them, optimize like a pro, and make our online shops sparkle .

If you’ve personally managed $100K on TikTok Shop , know your way around Amazon and Amazon Ads , and can jump into the Shopify backend (yes, even a little code) without blinking - keep reading. 👀

What You’ll Be Owning:

🎥 TikTok Shop Boss Moves:

• Run and grow our TikTok Shop (must have driven at least $100K in sales yourself).
• Optimize listings, promotions, and leverage content creators to keep momentum rolling.

🛒 Amazon Extraordinaire:

• Manage our Amazon storefront (listings, ads, campaigns — the whole deal).
• Watch performance like a hawk and scale what’s working.

🖥️ Shopify Superhero:

• Own our Shopify backend: product uploads, page updates, homepages, collections.
• Light coding abilities? Even better. (Sometimes you just gotta tweak some Liquid/HTML/CSS.)

📈 Growth, Baby:

• Track the numbers, report wins, and spot new opportunities like it’s second nature.
• Bring creative ideas to drive traffic, conversions, and overall online chaos (in the best way).

You’ll Love This Role If You:

• Have TikTok Shop sales receipts ($100K+ personally managed) .
• Know Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads like your own reflection.
• Feel comfy in the Shopify backend and aren’t afraid to peek under the hood (aka code).
• Are obsessed with optimization, growth hacks, and being five steps ahead.
• Love a good challenge and want real ownership over results.
• Bring ideas, energy, and a "let's win today" attitude every day.
