Location: Sunnyvale, CA

HYBRID - onsite 2 days a week - 3 days remote

Duration: Long term contract - 12 months - potential to convert perm

Compensation: $55-60hr

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the e-commerce domain. Strong understanding of backend search technologies and personalization techniques.
• Experience with search engines, indexing, and retrieval systems. Familiarity with customer flow and user experience in e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, specifically in search technologies, to join our innovative team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects focused on e-commerce search and personalization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and UX/UI design, to define project scope and objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of backend search algorithms and systems. Ensure the search functionality is optimized for performance, accuracy, and relevance. Understand and enhance customer flow through personalized search experiences. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
