Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon & Shopify)

We’re a fast-growing consumer goods company based in Schaumburg, IL, focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products across multiple ecommerce platforms. We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon and Shopify channels, drive sales performance, and help execute our digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central, including listings, ads, cases, and performance metrics
- Launch and optimize PPC campaigns with a focus on sustainable ACOS and ROI
- Monitor and optimize product listings for search performance and conversion (SEO, content, A+ pages, images)
- Manage Shopify store: update product listings, troubleshoot order/shipping issues, and ensure smooth user experience
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation and promotional planning
- Track inventory, ensure listings are MAP-compliant, and monitor Buy Box performance
- Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Assist with new product launches across both platforms
- Respond to Amazon and Shopify customer service cases as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
- Proficient with Excel and ecommerce tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mandarin-speaking is a strong plus
