Compensation Range: $50 - 57 per hour

Our client in the beauty space is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Specialist to lead new partnership opportunities and drive eCommerce growth.


In this role, your focus will be on Online Channel Acceleration, Consumer Acquisition & Retention, and Data Analytics within the Travel Retail sector. You will be responsible for evolving online channel growth strategies, developing a Consumer Data Strategy for Travel Retail, and executing partnership initiatives with multi-regional Duty-Free Retailers, airlines, and third-party partners (3PPs). You will work closely with cross-functional partners within Travel Retail Worldwide and regional counterparts, fostering long-term partnerships to harmonize the online and consumer data approach specific to the Online Travel Retail Channel.


The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, resourceful, and strategic thinker with a strong sense of accountability. Must have a proven track record of launching and scaling eCommerce and Retailer.com for beauty or luxury brands, balancing global and market operational roles and excel in building cross-functional partnerships and are detail-oriented and execution-focused.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the elaboration and roll-out of TR Global guidelines for Retailer Media Participation, partnering with regional teams to maintain and update rate-cards, reporting templates, and approval requirements.
• Codify existing best practices from mature APAC markets to define tactical guardrails for database marketing activation.
• Develop roadmaps for piloting life-cycle marketing programs and audience segmentation.
• Lead strategic engagement with third-party vendors to roll out new digital-shelf analytics across key markets.
• Standardize score-card reports, author monthly insights, and recommend optimization actions.
• Explore and execute partnership marketing capabilities with new and existing partners.
• Define budgets, campaign objectives, target KPIs, and manage pilot execution and optimization.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for 1st Party Consumer Data Capture and manage data infrastructure and ingestion solutions for CRM and marketing activation.
• Ensure data compliance and harmonization with enterprise policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Manager
• Education: Bachelors
• 10+ years in online business (eCommerce & Retailer.com), preferably within Prestige Beauty, Online Retailer, and/or High-Growth DTC brands.
• Strong experience in leading and accelerating performance marketing and Retailer Media engagements with third-party retail partners.
• Direct and indirect database marketing program management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in brand CRM, loyalty marketing, and paid digital acquisition marketing.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Superior ability to build internal and external cross-functional partnerships through clear communication.
• Keen planning skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Flexible, adapts quickly to change, and works well in a matrix environment with a global mindset.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the APAC region is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience with pure plays, 3PPs, and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
