Job Description
Position Overview: The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from beginning to end. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical power design, construction, estimating, and field engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure electrical projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Lead the electrical design and engineering staff in developing estimates, drawings, and designs.
- Monitor and coordinate progress of electrical project from conception to completion.
- Identify and resolve any potential conflicts or design issues.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize costs of electrical projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and codes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power design, construction, estimating, and field engineering.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
