What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, Daily Reports and Submittals on web based program.
- Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors.
- Support with electrical project establishment and closeout.
- Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation and safety enhancements to firms production lines.
- Ensure decisions related to electrical engineering principles applies to operation problems and requirements proposed.
- Develop and review of electrical project calculations.
- Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements.
- Participate in project electrical work plan development.
- Guide project schedule.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of relevant electrical PM experience
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, ConstructJob, MS Project, or other related Construction Management software
- Experience estimating relevant projects in the size of $50k - $10mm+
