What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers looking to purchase materials or request quotes
- Provide product information, pricing, and order details in a professional and timely manner
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
- Learn and stay up to date on products and pricing
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to help drive sales growth
