JOB DESCRIPTION

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the installation and ongoing support of Windows servers that provide access to the enterprise EMR, Epic.

** This position is a remote position that requires living or relocating to anywhere in Florida **

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience with installing/maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers
• 2-4 years experience with the following Microsoft technologies:
• Internet information services (IIS) administration
• Active directory
• File/Print services
• Certificate services

Certification/Registration Requirements:

Must have Epic client systems proficiency/certification.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with leaders, applications teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous healthcare experience supporting EMR systems is preferred
• Experience with Epic Client Systems Administration is preferred
• Experience with Citrix load balancing and virtual application delivery is a plus

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required

Experience Requirements

Four(4) years of progressively responsible IT work experience and administration with a focus in MicrosoftWindows operating systems and the applications environments they provide.

Extensive knowledge of Cisco UCS server hardware, and VMWare virtualization, or Microsoft Server Operating Systems technologies, and scripting.

Certifications/Registration Requirements

MCSA Windows 2016, CCP-N, VCP, VCAP, RHCSA certification preferred.
