Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their fast-growing team. They will be responsible for performing crucial tasks related to the maintenance and functionality of highly technical electromechanical semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Work closely with other engineers, technicians, operators, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve process issues. The equipment that this candidate will be supporting is highly automated and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

3 Openings:

• 1 day shift 7am-7pm rotating shift days
• 2 night shifts 7pm-7am rotating shift days - 10% Pay Increase for Shift Differential

Desired Traits:

• Associate's degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• 4+ years of experience in automated manufacturing equipment maintenance and support
• Experience with implementing or sustaining an Engineering Change program consistent with ISO-9001 or equivalent is desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $70,000 to $78,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education
