Position: Estimator
Location: Atlanta, GA

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Concrete Estimator to join our team in Atlanta. If you have a solid foundation in commercial concrete construction and a knack for numbers, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on large-scale projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for concrete scopes on commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation to determine labor, material, and equipment requirements.
- Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify project risks, propose value-engineering solutions, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Support bid submissions and assist project teams during pre-construction phases.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in estimating, with a focus on concrete work (commercial project experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of formwork systems, reinforcement methods, and concrete materials.
- Proficiency with estimation tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction industry standards.
