Estimator - Roofing
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our roofing team. The Estimator will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely completion of roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to verify dimensions and building requirements
- Research and analyze material costs and manufacturer updates to ensure accurate pricing
- Prepare and submit bids for roofing projects
- Communicate effectively with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Utilize Estimating Edge software to streamline the estimating process
- Maintain knowledge of building code and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in roofing estimating and bidding
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and pricing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in takeoffs and verifying dimensions
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Estimating Edge software
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to accurately assess material costs

Pay: $56,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
