We are seeking flexible and energetic Event Staff to assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of events. As a member of the Event Staff, you’ll help bring events to life, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for attendees. This role is ideal for someone with excellent people skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for event planning.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down event spaces, including furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Assist guests, vendors, and coordinators to ensure a positive event experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, direct foot traffic, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support event logistics and follow event schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces.
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines for each event.
- Assist in managing crowds, queues, and access points as needed.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to handle event setup/breakdown tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
