About the Role:
As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will assist in all aspects of event planning, from brainstorming to execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to contribute to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Support in the development of event concepts and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, equipment, and catering.
- Manage on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing event materials and tracking budgets.
- Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
