Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee our housing, transportation, and facilities operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting our incoming HCPs by managing our corporate apartments, coordinating move-in logistics, leading a facilities team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the Housing, Transportation, and Facilities team
- Coordinate maintenance and setup for corporate apartments and office spaces
- Manage work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Lead property inspections and enforce housing rules and policies
- Coordinate apartment assignments, utilities, and move-in/move-out processes
- Work with vendors to ensure contract compliance and quality service
- Support emergency preparedness and response, including weather events
- Provide onboarding instructions to new HCPs regarding housing expectations
- Assist in planning and setup of company meetings and events
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- 5+ years of related maintenance or facilities experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record
- OSHA certification (10-hour or 30-hour) preferred
- Ability to respond to after-hours or weekend needs on a rotating basis
- HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain
