Albany Services is looking to hire a highly motivated, hardworking Field Team Member to join our team in the installation of field tile systems. In this role, you will as part of a team to implement efficient water management solutions for agricultural fields. This position requires hands-on labor, attention to detail, and the ability to operate machinery in outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
-Assist in the installation of field tile drainage systems, including excavation, pipe placement, and backfilling.
-Operate and maintain equipment and tools, such as trenchers, excavators, and laser grading systems.
-Operate GPS grade control systems for project surveying and installation.
-Follow site plans and specifications to ensure proper drainage system installation.
-Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
Qualifications
-Previous experience in construction, agriculture, or field drainage is preferred but not required
-Ability to operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn.
-Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Basic understanding of grading, leveling, and drainage principles is a plus.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Valid drivers license.
