Job Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is passionate about building and optimizing financial models. This role will be crucial in driving our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, working closely with a diverse range of agencies with revenues between $3 million and $50 million. The ideal candidate is eager to grow with our team, is comfortable working with both small and large industries, and possesses exceptional financial analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with various U.S.-based agencies, understanding their unique financial needs.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Fathom for financial visualization and reporting.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Manage and streamline financial processes within Salesforce.
• Engage in regular communication and coordination via Slack.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Fathom.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; strong emphasis on written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-growing team.
• Comfortable working with agencies across different revenue scales.
• Highly motivated and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing financial processes within Salesforce.
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based agencies or similar environments.
